Running: Backwards and Forward

This one is going to burn a little, and you need to be careful. One mile run, with a half mile backwards run. Perform the run like this: 1/2 mile run, 1/4 mile backwards run, 1/2 mile run, 1/4 mile backwards run. Be careful, run on a track, and stay away from traffic.
